The GPS on board a boat allows you to track your position, speed and heading in real time during navigation.
To take full advantage of this, it is important to use a speed display , in order to view live data and then replay your sessions to analyze your performance.
The speed display is very simple in terms of its electronic components. It consists of a single component, an M5Stack Core 2, which already contains a 500 mAh battery. You simply need to add a micro SD card to record data from the GPS, anemometer, and buoys.
As an option, for use over a long period, more than 3 hours, it is possible to add a base containing a 1500 mAh battery, for a full day of navigation and measurements.
