Intense training session at La Sourderie: 19 df95, 6 autonomous GPS buoys, and a capricious wind

This very good training session took place in particularly changeable weather conditions, bringing together no less than 19 df95 sailboats on the water, under a beautiful sun.

Changing gusts, a wind axis that shifted without warning, in short — exactly the type of conditions that tests both the sailors and the course marking system.

The 6 autonomous GPS buoys were deployed for the occasion, and the wind unintentionally provided a real full-scale test bench for the automatic course reorientation function .
